We do not guarantee a specific number of followers, leads, sales, or revenue.
4. Advertising Services
Ad spend is separate from management fees unless otherwise specified.
Advertising platform policies (Meta, Google, etc.) must be followed.
Account suspensions caused by policy violations are not the responsibility of 100x Reach.
5. Website Development
Clients are responsible for providing content, images, and business information.
Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Domain, hosting, and third-party software costs are separate unless explicitly included in the package.
Project timelines may vary depending on client feedback and content availability.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the completed project is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
100x Reach reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
7. Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided for completed work or active monthly services.
Refund requests for projects not yet started will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Third-party expenses such as advertising spend, domain registrations, hosting fees, and software subscriptions are non-refundable.
8. Limitation of Liability
100x Reach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of revenue, business opportunities, or data.
